The Delaware Museum of Natural History offers opportunties in the Collections and Research Division for volunteers and summer interns to help maintain and catalogue the millions of specimens stored on-site:

Volunteers
Help keep the collections accessible to researchers by volunteering! The Museum seeks detail-oriented volunteers with an interest in natural history to work behind the scenes in caring for these unique resources. No special knowledge is required and all training is provided. Learn more.

Internships
The Delaware Museum of Natural History offers a summer internship program for college students. During this internship students will learn about the importance and uses of the Museum’s collections, gain hands on experience working in the collections, and learn about career opportunities at museums.
