Dino Days presented by Bank of America
December 27 & 28, 2014

PhungDino Days LogoThe Museum's popular Dino Days presented by Bank of America swoop in with all-new offerings on Saturday, December 27 and Sunday, December 28! Visitors can dig deep into the prehistoric world of dinosaurs with loads of family fun!

Following the success of last year's indoor live bird shows, bird expert Phung Luu and his team at Animal Behavior & Conservation Connections return to the Museum for more high-flying, avian acrobatics. This highly-trained team of experts will lead free-flight, live bird shows at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. each day with hawks, owls, falcons, and other birds flying untethered around the Museum's backyard. Note: In the event of inclement weather, bird shows will be moved indoors.

In addition, visitors to Dino Days can explore our latest special exhibit, Titanoboa: Monster Snake, get up close with live animals from the Plumpton Park Zoo, learn more about from the Museum's scientists at the "Meet the Scientist" table, meet children’s author Michael Sgrignoli and go on a fascinating, fact-packed journey into the world of exotic ancient creatures with stories from his Dinorific Poetry books, bring your favorite unidentified fossil and ask a Delaware Valley Paleontological Society paleontologist if it’s a “Fake or Fossil?," enjoy a special Dino Days puppet show, step outside for some food and beverages from Happy Pita, Mojo Loco (Sat. only), and WildWich, participate in various dinosaur-related crafts and activities, and more.
