CAMPS FOR 11-13-YEAR-OLDS
The fun doesn’t stop this year for campers ages 11-13! This year, the Museum is offering three fascinating camps for nature lovers ages 11 through 13. These weeklong camps run Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Campers need to bring a bag lunch and labeled water bottle. An afternoon snack will be provided. Naturally Organic (New for 2012)
Organic foods are popular today, but why? Discover the benefits of living organic first-hand as we take a trip to an organic farm! Campers will take a trip to Jamie and Phyllis Wyeth's Point Lookout Farm on Route 100 to enhance this camp and reinforce what they learn. Travel costs for this field trip are included in the registration fee.

You know you like to eat Jell-O, but have you ever wondered what makes it jiggle? Or why some cakes are soft and fluffy while others are heavy and dense? What happens to water when it boils? Learn about the science behind some of your favorite foods and more in this perfect follow up to The Natural History of Pizza!
