CAMPS FOR 7- AND 8-YEAR-OLDS
Campers ages 7 and 8 get to spend the full day at the Museum! These adventure-filled, weeklong camps run Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Campers need to bring a bag lunch and labeled water bottle. An afternoon snack will be provided. The Science of Superheroes: Debunking Comic Books New for 2013!
If you love superheroes and science, then this is the camp for you. From Spiderman’s™ arachnid adaptations to Batman’s™ webbed cape, you’ll learn how some of your favorite comic book heroes and villains have real science and nature adaptations. Don’t be a Joker™ and miss out on this camp!

Dinosaurs: The Rise and The Fall Due to the popularity of this camp, two sessions have been added for this week.
Is there anything living on earth now that was here before the dinosaurs, and what kinds of animals came after? What caused the meteoric rise of dinosaurs, and what made them all disappear? Dig up answers to these questions and more during this journey millions of years back in time.

Life at the Beach
