The Museum’s six fun camps for 9- and 10-year-olds will entertain your children all summer long! Extended care is available before and after camp for an additional fee. Super Silly Science
Learn how simple machines aid us in everyday tasks, perform mind-boggling science experiments with objects you can find in your own house, and use your new know-how to save your own egg in our third annual Super Silly Science Egg Drop!

Insect Investigators (Limited to 12 campers)
Become an amateur entomologist and explore the astonishing insects around the world, in the Museum’s collections, and in our own backyard.  Campers will take a field trip to Jamie and Phyllis Wyeth's Point Lookout Farm on Route 100 to enhance this camp and reinforce what they learn.  Travel costs for this field trip are included in the registration fee.

The Natural History of Pizza  (Limited to 12 campers)
It’s not frozen...it's not delivery...it’s DMNH!  Be a world traveler and discover the origins of pizza.  Eat your way through the history of toppings like tomatoes and pepperoni, then make your own pies for an end-of-the-week pizza party.  Campers will take a field trip to Jamie and Phyllis Wyeth's Point Lookout Farm on Route 100 to enhance this camp and reinforce what they learn.  Travel costs for this field trip are included in the registration fee.

Extreme Environments!  
Can you imagine living where nighttime lasts for six months and blizzards go on for weeks?  That’s just the tip of the iceberg. Climb to the peak of the world’s highest mountain and venture into the deepest trenches of the ocean on this quest for “Earth’s Most Extreme Environments.”

Digging Up Dinos: The Science of Paleontology
Passionate about paleontology? Bring your own dino knowledge to the Museum and help identify dinosaurs, recreate skeletons from fossil remains, and go on a real fossil dig.

The Nature of Art (Limited to 12 campers)
Anyone can look at a painting and appreciate its beauty, but how many people can tell you about how the paint was made?
