Hattie Weselyk is a self-taught artist specializing in creating and teaching handcrafted jewelry techniques using some of the most precious metals on Earth. Her fully-outfitted jewelry studio is attached to her Unionville, PA farmhouse where she and her husband are raising three children.
The two-story studio is where creativity and education intersect: Hattie and her assistant, Christine Bradley-Chenitz, offer various classes in jewelry making, metal casting and pottery. In addition to classes at her studio, Hattie also teaches metalsmithing and botanical jewelry classes at the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsman, Longwood Gardens, Chester County Art Association and Main Line Art Center. Her work can be found in multiple retailers, museums and botanical gardens.
