Donation Request Guidelines

Update: Because of the upcoming Museum renovations in 2021, we are unable to grant passes for any events after June 30, 2020.  All passes distributed for events before June 30 will expire on December 31, 2020. 

The Museum grants donation requests in the form of guest passes to 501(c)3 non-profit organizations. A limited quantity of passes is available for distribution per quarter each calendar year, and they are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests must be sent at least 8 weeks before the event. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing; however, passes are usually mailed no earlier than three weeks before the event. A letter of request must be submitted on the nonprofit organization’s letterhead, stating the organization’s mission, the purpose of the passes, and the date they are needed.

We are unable to grant requests from individuals, such as personal fundraisers or raising funds through individual participation in events.

Requests may be sent via email, fax or mail. We do not accept donation requests via phone or social media.
